Did you know that one in four people in the UK experience a mental health issue each year? Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet while most of us understand how to look after our physical wellbeing, many people are unsure how to support friends, family, or colleagues who may be struggling with their mental health.
Our Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace is a recognised, regulated qualification designed to increase awareness of common workplace mental health conditions, their signs and symptoms, and how to provide effective support and guidance to colleagues.
During this one-day course, participants will gain an understanding of the importance of fostering positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, as well as the shared responsibility everyone has in identifying and addressing mental health concerns at work.
